I'm not sure what people were expecting me to look like 9 months after my heart attack but I feel like I look

I blocked all my ' friends' who were just bullies - one even threw my things at a wall and thought it was funny,  got my degree and even tho i was lonely I got a brand new friend recently and she is alot nicer to me. 

Now that I have so many positive people around me I feel like a new person. I really want to lock in and get another job, glow up, keep making positive relationships 🌟  by the new year. ✨️

Im trying to have a full glow up by the end of 2025

The only reality shows i watch, are those where people compete by showing some kind of talent and skill - like Blown Away, and now i am rewatching Glow Up.

As a person who never uses make-up, the obsession of participants with all the make up is rather strange, but i agree that they produce some beautiful things during the show. 

How does it look for people who are more into make-up? Also, why are people so into perfecting their face?
