I misplaced the ribbon for the over-shoulder pieces, but I'm proud of how this corset/stay came out. I like polyester too much

How to remove this stains?

Can someone tell me how to remove these stains on my polyester clothes? I put it in my wardrobe for too long and now they got brown spots. Or at least how to avoid having brown spots on my clothes?
