UV details added to some WIPs

Glow-in-the-dark purple and UV purple for the Tabaxi witch. Glow-in-the-dark hair, UV blue clothing, and UV yellow weapon accents for the Tiefling. UV blue cloak and UV yellow weapon accents for the Knight. And a UV blue shield for the Dragonborn.
