Poor little kitty
I don’t know what’s wrong with my neighbor, but he doesn’t like cats and he is abusive to animals. He even taught his child how to abuse a poor cat that lives at my house. He keeps threatening the neighbors that if their cats come near his home, he will chop their heads off. I’m terrified.
