Crying today

One-dish meal: Chili Paste Fried Rice. Ingredients: Cooked rice, refrigerated overnight; chili paste (to taste – add more for spiciness, less for mildness); sugar; finely chopped bird's eye chilies; fish sauce; and lime juice.
