First time I have seen one of these in my garden.

A couple of months caught last night

Elephant hawk moth, popular hawkmoth, common emerald

Nature is fascinating

I watched this hawk come swooping into this tree, grab ahold of a branch and attack it's prey upside-down. Absolutely massive talons.
