Flies vs. Mosquitoes vs. Gnats

Because of the above, summertime is arguably the worst season of the year. Which insect is the most annoying, perhaps based on where you live? For me, flies barely beat out mosquitoes, while gnats finish a distant third.

Water is not wet... at least not to us.

So humans lack hygroreceptors which allow for the detection of moisture that spiders and insects have.
