The Old Tree

A chilling morning in October, I walk With a restless heart and tiring body And busy mind having meaningless talks A curious journey up to the forest Countless mysteries to unravel To bring back the fruits full of chests A sweaty body asking for a rest, I felt Also enjoying the cramping pain in… read more

Made some outside friends !

I love snails 😊

Nature all around! 🐌

So thankful and happy because it's been raining for a while now, I ended up yeeting atleast 20-25 snails from the walls back into the greenery, and then I stumbled upon the beautiful trumpet flowers (datura-if I recall this right) growing in the garden of an abandoned home! Absolutely loving this!… (edited) read more

Chickens enjoy aquariums too!

This is my girl PB (chicken) enjoying some tank time. She often likes to stare at the snails and my betta. She gently pecks the glass sometimes but not enough to bother anyone. She is my house chicken!

I agree. After having to crawl along at a snail's pace like a drugged-up cockroach...🤣 (edited)

What do you do in rainy weather?

I go for a walk and take pictures of snails.

Well…umm..j just… ok.

He says: A discovery I made : slugs and snails always choose 1. Dead plants with moisture 2. Stressed plants (because soon they will catch moisture) and 3. Young plants. So it is important to have healthy plants with organic and wild or semi wild seeds to resist better. Using local plants (so that… read more

I am so happy with my zinnia flowers this year!

Jackson Pollock looking flowers. Lovely to care for as well! I didn't get many to get to their full bloom because of the snails and weather, but still they are quite wonderful c:

After heavy rain and thunder, snails join me on my balcony ♡ 🐌🐌

Divorced snails are called Slugs... 😉

New fishez 🐠🐟

Got two pair of new fishes for the fish tank. *Shiro Utsuri* *Taisho Sanshoku* Thinking 🤔 of getting sea snails 🐌, what do you think?

Am I the only one?

Anyone else gets roadrage when shopping and there's a couple walking at a snail's pace in from you and suddenly your intrusive thoughts start telling you running them over would be a service to all humanity?😅 (edited)

Snails are actually really fast when no one's looking.

I own a marine tank.

Hi. I have a firefish, a royal gramma, a goby, 2 clownfish, 2 conch snails and 2 hermits. I'd like to talk about my aquarium and hear about other people's aquariums too.

Even the Sea snails had their own stories..

Empty shells but full of memories.. You lived with your own tracks then left the shaped of beauty to prove that you ever exist.

The most precious and cute little snails

A very creative team

Throughout most of today, I've been thinking about an ideal Pokémon team comprise of different snails, and yes, I was thinking about that. From the smallest to the biggest being Shelmet, Magcargo, and Hisuian Goodra

Nano 35L

Going into its third week, things are looking good. First animals have moved in, some blue shrimp, cleaner fish and snails. (edited)

No tech

Fifth week of this no tech experiment with only a couple shrimp and snails to graze on algae.

From some reason I'm ranked 5 in Bears community, 6 in Snails community and 7 in Pigeon community 🤔

We are 70% Snail... Wait.... What??

🐌 Stop stepping on your ancestor! You share up to 70% of your protein-coding DNA with a snail. Why? We're built from the same ancient blueprint that dictates body organization. The gene that determines a snail's spiral sets the left/right side of your heart! We are all seeking structural… read more

Corny joke

How do snails fight? They slug it out. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Went to look for snails found a kitty instead 😂

Benedict

This is my gorgeous half moon, Benedict. He has a lot of ✨opinions✨ but still manages to coexist with a pagoda snail, several mini rabbit snails, a number of mini ramshorn snails, and quite a few mixed cherry shrimp. He leaves the adults alone, and I only see him pick off shrimplets occasionally.

The snails are coming out! 🐌❤️
