Watch it hunt. Sharp & patiently.
It appears to be a Cross Orb Weaver. It made its net(s) at a highly trafficked bridge. Plenty nocturnal insects seek light sources/have the moon as light source as a navigation reference and get confused by modern light sources. If you can't see it, it's not there, right? Saw a spider run under the cupboard, so I turned the light off...sooooo, it's gone, right? 👀 I know, odd reaction. Don't really mind spiders and usually just take them out, but it's late and I can't be bothered to get up 😅
