Not my best with coloring I still am struggling to properly color and learn in pro create. But I ref a drawing and thought I’d throw sylveon in there. Please note my coloring is absolutely Garbo. But I’m getting there in a sense. lol I’m more the paper pencil gal but this works.

I used to do a lot of drawing, painting, sculpting, digital art etc and then suddenly hit a block. Almost a 15 years later I managed to unblock myself for a few months and created some work I really loved and was proud of before hitting yet another block! How do you stay in the groove? How do you find your muse?

This was the last thing I painted and it takes up most of my wall 😂 I enjoyed every moment though. It's been a year since... And I have many blank canvases waiting

i was bored in government when i was still a senior in hs so i spent the entirety of the class not really being productive (im pretty sure) so i drew my dog. im not great with realism/realistic art so i didnt expect it to come out great but then it happened😭.

Here’s the painting I’m working on today. I’ve been working on this one for a few weeks and I think it’s halfway there…

Today’s painting

I wore the weight like it was mine to bear, Blamed every crack on how I cared— Every silence, every sigh, I thought I was the reason why.
I shrank myself to fit her mold, Stood in the shadows, did as told. Loved her loud and lived in quiet, While she danced through life like a private riot.
She said she needed someone strong, I tried to hold her world too long. But strength, I learned, was not the key— She only wanted safety, not me.
She smiled for strangers, posted grace, But I was hidden, out of place. A ghost behind her filtered frame, While she chased clout and played her game.
Her life was staged for likes and views, A gallery of half-truths she’d choose. She posed in light, while I grew dim, Her follower count grew—I lost limb by limb.
I bent, I broke, I lost my voice, Thinking love meant no other choice. But love was not what she had sought— Just comfort bought, and time I bought.
I wasn't her dream, I was her plan— A silent, steady, shadowed man. She didn’t want a heart to know— Just hands to hold when bills would grow.
Now I walk through days she never knew, Unfollowed ghosts in every view. Not broken now, just finally free— From loving someone who never saw me.
