In our country, this is called a balut (it's a developing embryo of a duck) that is quite a delicacy, mostly in southeast Asian countries. If you would have a chance to eat a food from another country, what would it be ? ** If you come here in the Philippines, I suggest you to eat adobo or sinigang and for desserts, I would recommend Halo-Halo and if you're stomach is strong, I would like you to try balut 😉
