Cooked dinner for my mom tonight.

Fresh parsley and lemon chicken mixed with cilantro, miso, garlic and onion. I'm thinking about cooking it with a bit of wine next time but I'm a recovered alcoholic who hasn't been around it in 6 years, any ideas/opinions?
