Taking my own and a friend's advice

I have been fighting sleep for the last 2 days refusing to listen to my body. If it was one of my friends or family I'd be telling them listen to your body, get in bed and rest. It's time I listened to myself. So I am, time be dambed my body demands rest. So I'm going to rest.
