Bedtime routine

For me it's getting comfy then if I'm not really tired I usually read for 30 mins. If by then I'm not tired I'll either play a crossword puzzle or word find on my phone till I get sleepy.

Another nightmare

I just woke up and I had a nightmare so bad that I was waking up n falling back asleep before I woke up and couldn't move It hasn't even been 5 minutes
