Quick Dinner No. 238-25

Balsamic BBQ chicken, arugula, apple cider sticky rice, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mango gingerbeer.

I sauteed some tofu, in canola oil with red chili pepper, tarragon, garlic, ginger, onion, salt, broccoli, bell pepper, a hint of apple cider vinegar and a hint of water along with a peach, banana and pineapple smoothie. Was delicious. Will definitely make again. (edited)

With an apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, and olive oil 8 hour marinade 😎
