I love Kombucha
It helped me quit drinking soda and did help with my gut health honestly. Apple Cider Vinegar, and Ginger, are flavors from Kevita that helped with gallbladder pain a few years ago. My favorite flavors are Lavender Love, and Watermelon, from Synergy but apparently they discontinued Lavender Love.... read more

4New batches. 1 Kombucha. 2 are being trained to accept honey for Jun Tea.
In the past I damaged a scoby by quickly exposing it to honey. I didn't realize Jun Tea was a thing and it definitely will act differently.. Kombucha - I ferment 10 days Jun - reads to take only 4 to 7 days Already the bubbles are different

My first few times trying it, I didn't like the taste. But I found Rise and it changed my mind. Then Remedy and finally Underground. What do you drink? Some flavors I enjoy are peach, lychee & Jasmine, orange turmeric, black cherry vanilla and peach pear apricot

Anyone make kombucha this way? I've always done 1gl galin batches but thinking of changing to continuous. Looking for pointers
