Ich suche jemanden, der vielleicht Lust hätte, füreinander ein „Ernährungs-Accountability-Buddy“ zu sein. Quasi body doubling mit einer Ernährungsumstellung. 😅

Also nicht im Sinne von Kontrolle oder strengen Diäten, sondern eher entspannt:

- sich gegenseitig Bilder vom gesunden Essen schicken
- kleine Erfolge teilen bei der Umstellung
- motivieren, regelmäßig & etwas bewusster zu essen
- vielleicht neue Rezepte ausprobieren
- einfach gemeinsam dranbleiben und sich unterstützten
- gemeinsam versuchen sich zu bessern und etwas zu verändern
- auch bei Rückfällen sich gegenseitig stärken

Ich merke, dass es mir ziemlich schwer fällt, Routinen aufzubauen, da ich oft die Motivation schnell verliere oder ins unregelmäßige essen rutsche. Deshalb denke ich, dass so soziale Routinen helfen könnten und super wären, insbesondere wenn man sich am Ende gegenseitig helfen kann, sein Ziel zu erreichen. Ich habe einfach das Ziel fitter zu werden und gesünder zu leben.

Mir ist wichtig:
kein Bodyshaming, kein Kalorienzählen-Zwang, kein Druck. Einfach gegenseitige Unterstützung und ein bisschen „hey, wir schaffen das zusammen“. 🌱

I'm looking for someone who might be interested in being a "Nutrition Accountability Buddy" for each other. Kind of like body doubling with a dietary change. 😅

So not in the sense of control or strict diets, but rather relaxed:

- sending each other pictures of healthy food
- sharing small successes during the transition
- motivating each other to eat regularly & a bit more mindfully
- maybe trying out new recipes
- just staying committed together and supporting each other
- trying to improve and make changes together
- also strengthening each other during setbacks

I find it quite difficult to establish routines, as I often lose motivation quickly or slip into irregular eating. That's why I think social routines could help and would be great, especially when we can help each other achieve our goals in the end. I just want to get fitter and live healthier.

It's important to me:
no body shaming, no calorie counting pressure, no stress. Just mutual support and a little "hey, we can do this together." 🌱

Nutrition Accountability Buddy ✨

I have been eating exactly the same thing for 1 year and I am still not tired of it. I feel that I have sort of cheat code

When you look at the nutritional label on something, say a can of soda, it’ll list the grams of sugar and %daily value. Is this daily value for both natural and processed sugar? like if I eat a fruit is that contributing to the same %daily value as the soda? I try to limit processed sugar intake but will sometimes go ham on fruit. I hear processed sugar is worse than natural sugar, is that true? Does that mean we can eat more natural sugar (i.e. daily value is higher than for processed sugar)? 
Idek if this thought process will make sense to yall but appreciate input.

Does anyone have experience going on this diet from a FODMAP heavy diet like mine? 
For instance, I used to eat 2 servings of broccoli with beetroot every other day, an avocado every single day, all my protein bars contain dates, I load up on beans and lentils everyday. 

I haven't been diagnosed with everything, but I'm trying to experiment to relieve some gut discomfort. I could've never imagined that my whole food, majorly plant-based diet could possibly be an issue... But if I am FODMAP sensitive (I'll update in the next few weeks) - perhaps this'd be worthwhile.

Seasoned salmon on top of baby spinach with chicken fried rice, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries 

Best homemade meal I usually eat. I look at this like I could savor this in my mouth right now. Lots of carbs and protein with reduce fat. 🍓😋

Not sure anyone was aware, but wholemeal bread is ultimately not as nutritional as we're lead to believe.

Wholemeal is the legal term used when it also contains refined flours.

Wholegrain / whole Wheat / whole Rye etc. contain no refined flours or grains.

Stick to wholegrain rather than wholemeal my fellow nutrition enthusiasts 🙌
