On this day of 1928, American jazz pianist Vince Guaraldi was born in San Francisco. Now Spinning the album 'Jazz Impressions of Black Orpheus' which includes the 1963 Grammy Award for Best Original Jazz Composition 'Cast your Fate to the Wind'.

Chicken anyone?

Air fried roasted chicken, stir fried kale and onions. Simple tomato, honestly just there for color composition 😆 I'm 38yo and tried Kale for the first time like 2 months ago. And I love it ! Now a staple in my meals, so easy to cook 😋
