As this new year begins, my thoughts go first to those walking in the shadows: to you who hide your sorrows behind a smile and find the strength to remain standing despite the absences or the silence. May these coming months be a balm to your wounds and a breath of hope in your moments of doubt.

Happy New Year also to the generous hearts to those who heal, who listen, and who love without expecting anything in return. May life return to you a hundredfold the light you offer to others. To each of you, no matter your path, I wish a year filled with peace, gentleness, and that small spark that makes humanity so beautiful ✨🎆

invite, to what you keep and what to let go!

For the the remaining days of the year... I pray
that the rest of your year be filled with peace that
says... "What's for me, will be for me. I won't worry
because the creator is simply with me!"

will be kind and gentle with your heart and spirit 
as we all deserves the best!

You are always allowed to rest and take things
slow, cause there's growth even in a slow days...
