What character have you spent the most time creating but played the least?
One of the groups I've played with had a level 20 one shot in 3.5 dnd. We basically had 3 weeks to build the character (if I recall 2 weeks where dm pushed back game) To keep in mind, homebrew was off the table, and any additional work got pushed onto the player.
