Can We Change Our Type?
What is your experience? I see clearly how I have gone through life as an unhealthy Type 4, but I also see how I'm changing (especially through IFS therapy). Is this the shift from unhealthy to healthy Type 4, or could we grow into an altogether different type?

How to tell someone has a wing 4 in their personnality ?! They can't resist the temptation to include Art in each part of their life. (My Van Gogh earings of Starry night 🌟)

There're some good 4s out there.
But they have to strive to be moral, while also striving not to become too self-conscious...or it throws off their whole creative, transformational groove. -- For me, I've discovered the 4 seems to be the # most connected to my Id, where I'm able to contemplate & aquire sexual insights (for good or… (edited) read more
