Oh, certainly we'd find the statistics are disportionate, those of us who've washed up onto the shores of this app, rather than out there living life instead, whether with others or alone. Or is the entire planet becoming more and more Introverted and alone, on our phones?

5Can We Change Our Types?
What is your experience? I see clearly how I have gone through life as an unhealthy Type 4, but I also see how I'm changing (especially through IFS therapy). Is this the shift from unhealthy to healthy Type, or could we grow into an altogether different type? (edited)

Hello, my fellow enneagram 4’s. I’m an INFP 4w5, and I have been repeatedly been told by people I get close to that I’m too cynical/negative.
