Spent the whole evening until the wee of the morning tried to upgrade my android software from nougat to 11. What’s the name for os 11? Anyway, it did not work. Flashing, firmware upgrade, blah blah. Ended up factory restored it and still stuck on nougat. Is it obsolete?
