Light outdoor training today
Mainly teaching a friend the basics. Couldn't really train myself with loads of people at my fav spot. The amount of photos and videos I took with kids doing flips as their friendly neighbourhood Spiderman was kinda crazy. Always love their reactions, it's really wholesome ☺️☺️

It was a miracle
I was hungry af but somehow still had a good session. 2 others at the gym today also got their first handstands and front flips respectively🙌🙌. I've been getting much more consistent with these I think it was like 30 in a row....just need to adjust the rotation angle. Also can we just... read more

We made it boys
Finally progressed my Kong Gainer to the floor. Kinda like the tilted one from a style perspective but I do plan on getting it straighter. My training partner also got his but bailed shortly after and that caused a mental block. There's still a long way to go till we both master it. But we got it... read more

Progression
Still a bit wonky but getting more comfortable landing them and more importantly saving myself if it starts to somehow go wrong 🤣🤣. Long way to go before i take it outside

Bit of a rubbish day today
Unfortunately I just couldn't land anything today, had to move to thelast progression on the Kong gainers and still struggled. Couldn't land 540s, castaway or even this 360 running pre...it was a pretty big one but still 😂😂. Into next week though
