Finally decided to try for a sub 1 hour 10k

Kinda did this on a whim but achieved a 55 minutes 10k and a new 5k pr by a couple of seconds lol, so close to a sub 25 minute 😭

It was fun to join my first race and try to push it to a PB time. I went a little too fast on the first few kilometers and it backfired on km 8. These days are all about taking care of my health, so of course I exercise every day, running 5-10 kilometers to maintain a beautiful figure.

Every day I exercise, losing 6 kilometers in the morning and evening, totaling 12 kilometers. It's quite tiring and exhausting, but I keep going for a better figure 😘🌺

Short slow 1.5 miles this morning

Frustrated my hamstring has not recovered fast twitch capability since tearing it May 2. 12.5 mile an hour pace today.
