Eggs Benedict Hampton

I had some lovely eggs Benedict in Chino's in Hampton after the Bushy Parkrun. The photo is not the best but I would definitely recommend the place.

Did my first Parkrun today

I think I did ok 😁 managed it in 34minutes and was able to run the whole time so I'm happy with that! It did seem like most people go every single week does anyone else do that? I'm not sure if I will do that yet 😅

I never thought I'd be addicted to running.

I've been running for 18 months now, going to my local parkrun which is 5km every Saturday morning. First time I took part I completed it in just over 42minutes and just this week I made my latest pb. Who else does the parkrun on a Saturday morning? My mum got me hooked and while I started out walking now I can run the whole way. Just starting to get under 40mins (after starting from couch potato :) ) and super proud. What's your guys PBs?
