If you could design a city with unlimited budget, how would it be different from today's population centers?

Ill start. My favorite band is death cab for cutie. I love SOAD, deftones, the killers, muse, linkin park, 100gecs, and im also a sucker for mitski. ^^ i also am obsessed with the diamond city radio sound track from fallout, so i have a lot of 50s atomic futurism in my Spotify recommendations.
