Teleportation Experiment

Not as fansy as it sounds (actually it is). It was just for a particle. It's a simple form of teleportation by duplication of information (nothing simple about it) anyway they were successful able to teleport a photon far into space by sending the information of a photon. It's called Quantum Teleportation As Futurism explains it "In this particular instance, the Chinese team created entangled pairs of photons on the ground at a rate of about 4,000 per second. They then beamed one of these photons to the satellite, and kept the other photon on the ground." This was like a 2017, Since then there's not been a lot on this, I wonder how far along are they because I personally find it super cool.

Totally fascinating. If we manage to send something larger it opens up the question of "Is the teleported item the original, or a copy?". To send anything larger than an atom the object would need to be methodically deconstructed, catalogued, sent, and reconstructed according to the catalogued data. Well, that's my thoughts
