Crossiant Icecream Sandwich

Wanted to try this viral food trend but I'm really wanting to stick to my calorie goals for this week. It's where you remove the top of a crossiant and put a magnum ice-cream stick inside and pulling the stick out . I personally would of chose coniseur pistachio gelato icecream 🤤 (edited)

Dining out

It really kills me when restaurants serve icecream on a plate.

Dessert

Lemon custard tart topped with a meringue, a fresh fruity raspberry and lemon icecream and a sweeter honey lemon juice based reduction. Chocolate garnish aswell

Ice cream flavors

Cookies and cream yes or comment which icecream you like

Thai Coconut Icecream with peanuts and sticky rice.

Delicious

A mess!!

Well its what i used to call it. Its basicly a "deconstructed" apple pie.the big sphere is an apple pie icecream coated in a caramel apple crumble with a caramel core. Added the leftover apples as garnish with whipped cream and a little berry for acidity.
