Cherry Flavored and filled cheesecake.

Asked my Mom what kind of cheesecake she wanted for her birthday and she simply said, "cherry". So I used cherry flavored Greek Yogurt in place of sour cream and filled it with a cherry filling. Needs to sit a bit before taking out of the springform pan, but it turned out beautifully. (edited)
