In my culture, we say, 'the old sun dies on the solstice, so let it take all your troubles away.' Basically, we write down all our worries, problems, and negative thoughts on a piece of paper, then light it up and watch them go up in flames. It's kinda dramatic way to let go, don't you think? Haha
