Chicken Pot Pie w/Cheddar Bay Biscuits

I made this the other day because it's been a little cooler out, and I needed a cozy meal. A classic chicken pot pie, but with a twist. Instead of a pie crust or puff pastry, I used a cheddar bay biscuit mix on top. It's a perfect comfort food! Definitely a hit! 😋

This pot is not empty. There's a little palm tree trying to grow in the middle of it. She's not lying on it, she's more kind of half-standing wrapped around it like a scarf. So... well... it definitely won't get cold any time soon haha ~
