You know those "ice cream" trucks that roam Vice City? I think our local ice cream man is smoking rocks. Because it's 6pm and this fkr is playing his jingle again. That's not even the weirdest time I've heard it. Sometimes it's at 3am. Or, on days where it not even sunny.
