Resistance to Psilocybin.

Did you know that your brain's capacity to resist Psilocybin is extreme. There is no taking more at a later point if you want to extend the trip until the resistance drops naturally in around 10 days. Is micro dosing just pseudoscience (a placebo) then?

For me, it was watching the documentary how to change your mind, hearing the story of a man with OCD overcome his illness with psilocybin and experience literal death, then relive his entire life before his eyes. It cured his OCD, amazing. (edited)

How to fix the mental health crisis

We need to put more money into discovering the pathophysiology of the various mental health conditions. Then we can develop targeted meds/interventions and put more people into remission. Has anyone tried alternative treatments like ketamine or psilocybin?

I have been reading up on both, as I take heavy metal medications and would love to try anything that would either help me decrease the dose or switch to something of less detrimental side effects.
