You know what? I am the kind of person who feels like...if I can help someone, I absolutely should. And many times this has been to my detriment. Buuuuuut I don't feel right saying no. And maybe that is avoidance of guilt? (Which is a strange thing because if helping is the right thing to do...Yes I would feel bad if I didn't. But I wouldn't say that's my motivation per se.) But I've been bullied, taken advantage of, violated in various ways, and quite literally left out in the cold. So I feel HORRIBLE even accidentally mistreating others. (edited)
