I've started listening to the Birds singing outside my window. You can really hear them from 7am to 8am before the sounds of everyone going out to work.

It's so peaceful and relaxing and I downloaded an app called Merlin Bird ID to identify the bird sounds and found lots of birds I never knew about.

It takes a hour out of the day to relax and reset my mind and something that I never thought about doing before.
