I have had problems with respecting boundaries especially when in a relationship.when the person wants space ..I find that terrifying and  uncomfortable. I've crossed that line many a time ...I always wondered what was up in here 💜. Today I've learnt that the lack of respect comes from the feeling that your worth is being threatened,that you feel you'll disappear or become less valuable if you respect someone's choice or opinion. That's not the case . Their choice to need space, time , have a differing opinion or decision exists alongside your worth it doesn't diminish it... slowly learning I am slowly becoming..I am most happy about that

I've been sick since Friday last week, and it's still going. I was concerned it might be COVID, but I tested negative. So it's probably a very severe case of the flu, which is extra dangerous in combination with my MS...

I've been feeling quite alone, and I was let down by some people close to me this week. It hurts that every time I try to build on something, my trust gets broken again.

It can be isolating to attempt socializing when you're chronically ill and can't go outside much, due to symptoms such as pain or fatigue. 
So just getting a little text from people closest to me, saying they're thinking of me or they're worried, would mean the world to me... I don't have much of that in my life.

I've been trying my best throughout the years to find those connections, but it's so rare to find a genuine friendship, which also sticks. 
If you have genuine people, friends, family, in your life who truly care about you, your well-being and about being present in your life, cherish them always... There's many people who are struggling with loneliness and pain without anyone noticing...

People might not be bothered by all of it if they already have a lot of friends, or never had issues socializing. 

It will always be difficult when you're stuck in bed, the world is passing you by and there's nothing you can do about it...

When there's people who know to care for you, it's a little less alone and a little more bearable and life's struggles don't seem like such a big issue for a moment...

Cherish the moments when there's pleasure. Truly seize and appreciate your days. Life's short.
