Diverse or biased?

My birth chart has good distribution of the four elements, but they're only between Leo ♌ and Sagittarius ♐😁. I think the ancients assigned elements according to seasons for the horological aspect; and the three modalities describing the start, continuation, and transitioning into the next season.
