POTATO CHIP KUN He is a recent seal I learned about so I don't know much information about him. All I know is that he is a great seal that resides in some aquarium or sanctuary in Japan. Grey seals are normally found in Europe, around Ireland, so I'm unsure how Potato Chip kun got to Japan.... read more

This seal is wearing a silly hat :) I'm not sure whoever this seal is but it looks like they could be from Tokkari Center Seal fact: Is extremely difficult to put a hat on a seal!!! (edited)
