When people ask what I've been up to but I can't say I have been rewiring my nervous system, had an ego death and unlearning toxic behaviors, so I just say " Working a lot " .

Is beauty important to you?

If beauty is only skin deep than I’m a dime piece. If it’s in the eye of the beholder, it depends on how they view me. Could you love someone, I mean really love someone who isn’t seen as socially norm beautiful? Or are looks that important?

Hence self acceptance is essential..
