The definition of utopia may vary in human society but in the rest of the animal kingdom it comes down to the simple things such as having an abundance of food & water, a safe shelter with minimal stress (not too hot or too cold), zero predators. The only limitation provided is a fixed space in which the species group can go. When John B. Colhoun (1917-1995) concluded his Universe 25 experiment between in 1973 the human population was around 3.9 billion. In 2023, it's estimated to be around 8.05 billion It's been 50 years since the experiment with mice was performed.
