First place at the Pokemon pre release today!

I like what I got ^_^

I was confident I could overload +1.25kg🏆 today but I had to be sure after the 1st set. But my left triceps felt more like a press instead of an isolated extension. So I dropped back to 27.5kg to ensure my left can do it properly.

Next time I'll do straight sets of 28.75kg for both arms, or will my right be ready for 30kg? 🏆

So today at my work I was bachelor/overwatch to a school dance, and it brought a bit of memories of when I was in high school attending school dances, some ok some bad memories. Idk, in some ways it affected my stances on dances, am I the only one here with bad memories of school dances?
