Earlier tonight at 4am I had a sudden panic attack from waking to a fire alert in the forest I live in. The fire is out now, but I struggled to get myself calm again. Cycling at night

I do late night bike ride commutes no matter how late it is , there been many times I ride at 2 or even 4am

When it's 5am and the birds have been chirping for an hour but you're only starting to fall asleep.. 🥱

Heard seagulls around 4am, so I guess it's going to start raining in London, again, from tonight or tomorrow. Anyway Good Night or Morning or whichever it is, wherever you are...as long as it's a Good one! 😁🙏🏼
