New Year, New Circadian Rhythm

I work 3PM-11:30PM 2 consecutive days a week, day off, short day, day off again, then 7AM- 3:30PM back-to-back. Waking up at 5:50AM is helpful, except those 2 days I work from 3PM-11:30PM.
