I think, vehicle manufacturers should electronically limit, the horn in all cars, and bike, to a reduced decibel level in India. Doing the Row machine at level 10 after leg day isn't necessarily that hard. I can keep going the whole 30 minutes without intervals BUT it does get a little tiring trying to maintain that 2:25 - 2:35 pace the whole time. I still get the 6,000 meters done BUT not consistently UNDER the 30 minutes.... read more
