Question for those looking for LTRs.

How long would you need to date somebody before you consider marriage? Do you even have a duration in mind? Personally I feel I need to date a woman for at least 2 years, to have an idea who they really are. (edited)

Time to add pauses

I added a little more weight just to challenge the muscle fibres a little more. I think I'll keep the same weight next week but adding two pauses at the peak concentric and eccentric contractions. The volume of reps won't be 4 sets of 10, but the duration will be the same.

Sleep deprivation?? Is it?🤔

Can't sleep at night > sleep late > lack of sleep duration > wake up sleepy > regret it, and decide to sleep early—the cycle is on repeat 🫠

I condensed the number of sets from 12 to 8 by increasing the number of reps from 14 to 20. Lasting the duration of 20 reps is the challenge. A little disappointed my pinch grip didn't improve when I was hoping to challenge 140kg🏆PR... However recently improved hook grip did improve duration. If the barbell knurling wasn't so new, I would be able to last longer.

The smooth section is too narrow otherwise I might have lasted a decent duration at 200kg.
