I discovered as long as the size is below the upload limit, the duration doesn't matter. But when posting to stories, the duration can't exceed 30 secs

Life with a duration.

It's not toxic if you use isolation as a form of self preservation, but if you use it for a long duration it can be detrimental to health and can be difficult to make connection.
