Mission: Get a 165kg squat

Todays gym day was successfu, also a new Pr keep in mind im 18 and 123 lbs, deadlift: 300, bench: 160,

I'm extremely surprised I can train my left arm😱! I started very carefully using 15kg because it's been over 2 months since I trained my left at an acute angle. I was even surprised I could work my way to 20kg to match my right arm's rehabilitation weight, albeit less volume.

First time rehabilitation is already a win!

I’ve been dealing with some health issues for some time now that forced me to take a break from lifting. I miss it. If you’ve been through a hiatus, I’d appreciate some tips on gentle reintroduction. I for certain need to get my conditioning up. I can write my own workouts. I suppose I’m struggling with a lack of confidence, thinking I’ve somehow forgotten everything I once knew. Thanks, y’all. 💪

Balancing is the most difficult training single leg hip thrusts. Flexing my non-trained hip compresses and increases my intraabdominal pressure when the benefit of training single leg is using less weight to avoid pressurisation. Worth a 2nd chance.

Gym time

Maxed out the leg press for a set of 5 today. 720lbs in plates + 167lb carriage = 887lbs. Unfortunately, the blood pressure difference burst some capilares in my forehead, and I got a headache and bruises. So it is safe to say I won't be attempting this again lol.

For all the gym people what’s your go to workout when your body is fully recovered I’d go deadlift personally
