Did some clean pulls + jerk from mid-thigh, worked up to 120 kg 💪 then a couple of slow pulls to the catch, and one regular clean & jerk

Tell me about your goals and if you have any gains since you started. I have gains in my shoulders and biceps/triceps since i started a few months ago.

Any one here local who is passionate about weight lifting?

It's been a really educational journey to go from lifting 5kg in a bicep curl to 17,5kg on a barbell. Some days are better and for pushing, other days are maintenance. 

I really want to start documenting the progress over time.

Do not worry about your difficulties with Pumpomatics. I can assure you mine are still greater.
