Worth a 2nd chance.
Balancing is the most difficult training single leg hip thrusts. Flexing my non-trained hip compresses and increases my intraabdominal pressure when the benefit of training single leg is using less weight to avoid pressurisation. Worth a 2nd chance.

Don’t mind the flooring I’m in the process of removing carpet lol Also down 15lbs I used to be shredded and then depression hit hard for a few years 😩 Are these type of shoes weird to wear to the gym?

Count the secs; not the reps
I should've concentrated on counting the peak contraction because I found myself short today by 2s per rep. Holding the eccentric stretch really hurts the plantar fascia. I wish the foot plate bottom was rounded off so there was no edge. (edited)
