Today’s Meal - Spicy Tikka Masala Chicken & Brown Basmatti Rice

And Garlic Naan. Due to a busy weekend, i cheated and used a jar for the sauce with a few extra ingredients, but made enough for 3 meals. Its not bad at all for a jar, it comes in a Medium & Spicy variety at most stores. I use it a lot for my daughter when she comes over at the last minute. Enjoy!
