Real bbq is cooking with smoke over low heat for a long period of time. The wait is more than worth it when the food comes out tasting like the devine ambrosia of the gods!

Wild berries

It’s currently wild berry season in the UK, and the hedgerows are brimming with ripe fruit. I particularly enjoy picking a few berries while out walking there’s something uniquely delightful about tasting their fresh, naturally sweet flavour straight from the bush.
