Through forests of earthly scented fallen leaves and grand pine and meadows around the water…some of us enjoyed tasting some autumn olives along the way and feeling some soft mullein leaves. So much appreciation I have for being with this group today. 😀🌲🌳♥️
Then i had em taste it and they realised i was in fact, enlightened. Double cream absolutely works in savoury food to make sauces. Its super simple and common and makes some of the best tasting sauces you'll ever try. It shocks me there are people out there that have never tried it.

The smaller one is cherries on top of black chocolate. The bigger one is ricotta, cherries, a bit of brown sugar and egg to bind the mixture together. Not to brag or anything, but i do make some freaking awesome tasting patatoes.
A typical cake with kind of light tasting cream, cherries and that gooey liquid is like a milk with a bit of lemon acid. I'm going to cut a piece for my father because it's kind of good this, I think, he might enjoy it and a lot of my colleagues don't really end up eating much of the cake as usual.
The desserted itself is a bit on the sweeter side, but the granny Smith apple cuts through that sweetness with its natural tartness and crunch. I accidentally bought non sweet tasting sparkling water thinking it was the same as the bottles they sell decided to go through a few just to get them out of the way and just found a deflated full can I don't think I've ever seen that lol

Today's lunchtime wandering brought me unexpectedly to Autumn Olive berries ready for tasting. I love, love, love the silvery spots on her leaves and fruit! That silvery appearance has been a way through which I have seen her waving from afar. She's very sweet and beautiful.
